The place has this bizarre smell, like breakfast and lilies gone wrong, which is so distacting. can we talk about how ridiculously short the breakfast hours were? Plus, I expected a complimentary upgrade for all the trouble, but, alas, a mere mortal I remained. almost worthy of a good review, but just couldn’t find it.

the breakfasts were freshly cooked, really filling, and use quality local produce. the only downside was that it got a bit hot in the room at times.

Lovely Whitby vibes 🌊
Brekkie was a proper winner, like local eggs and everything. The owners were so chill and helped us out with all our plans. The room got a lekker shower too, and it was super tidy!
Only thing was, those seagulls were a bit of a racket early on, but ja, one can’t complain too much with the sea right there!

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made our stay feel like home, especially when they
Prepared us a special breakfast and remembered our preferences. The cleanliness of the rooms and the proximity to the heart of Whitby made it a convenient choice. the early breakfast timing may not suit everyone.

We had such a wonderful time exploring nearby fishing spots and enjoying the beautiful outdoors with the family. The room was immaculate and really cozy for our large group, especially with babies in tow. Breakfast each morning was truly outstanding!
In my wife's opinion, a few more USB ports in the room would have made things easier for our gadgets.

The location was ideal, just a short stroll to the vibrant town center and close to the esplanade with stunning views. Our room was immaculate and well-equipped, featuring a lovely en-suite shower. We particularly enjoyed the generous and well-prepared breakfast, with choices that included a traditional cooked meal and fresh fruits.
There are several steps inside and outside the house, which may pose a challenge with mobility issues.

I absolutely loved my stay, the room was airy and spotlessly clean with all the little shower gels and teas. The sun terrace offered a lovely spot to relax with a cuppa and some amazing views. Just wished I had known we could ask for more coffee supplies, since we ran a bit low.
